  • Strengthen where strength is needed - to improve resilience in sports and everyday life.

  • Balancing exercises for muscles and movements that you use less frequently - as a supplement to the standard load.

Combination of posture and movement analysis, as well as measurements tailored to you (mobility, strength)


Prehab Screening

With the PREHAB SCREEN®, we use simple functional tests to identify potential areas in your movement pattern. We integrate these into preventative training to help you improve. The goal is to enable you to move more efficiently, become more resilient to your demands, and reduce the risk of overload or injury.



Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

The FMS is a simple, reliable, and quick screen consisting of seven exercises that provides a good overview of your strengths and weaknesses in the execution of basic movement patterns. Based on the identified deficits, a customized program with corrective exercises is created.

We advise your entire team on the integration of sport-specific, evidence-based preventive measures for increased resilience and a reduction in the risk of injury.
