• If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After that, the treatment fee will be charged to the client/patient.

• In case of last-minute cancellation due to illness, please notify us by 8:00 a.m.

• FOI and massage are partially covered by supplementary insurance: please clarify this with your health insurance provider and have this confirmed in writing

• Dryneedling: for physiotherapy on medical prescription (health insurance), you pay a contribution towards the costs of the material of CHF 10.- per prescription
